BACK INJURY.

WAIHI MINER'S CLAIM. Compensation for ~ba.dk injuries received while working for the Waihi Gold Mining Company, Limited, was claimed in the Arbitration Court this morning by William Richard Dormer, a miner. ~ , . . ,- a Mr. Justice Frazer presided, plaintiff was represented by Mr. P.
