AUCKLAND CLUB. Ideal conditions prevailed on Saturday at Tamaki for the Auckland Cycle Club's road events, the juniors racing over a distance of 15J miles for the Junior Cup, their big event of the season, and the seniors 20J miles. The junior race resulted :— R. Gibb (5.0), time 47.40 1 K. McKenzie (5.0) 2 K. Clarke (3.45) 3 C. Rafferty (2.0) 4 P. BickneU (scr) registered fastest time In 43.52. The second race resulted :—W. TAKAPUNA CLUB. Two time trials were held by the Takapuna Amateur Cycling Club on Saturday, for seniors ,and juniors. The senior cour?e led to the East Coast beaches and back,, through Albany, a distance of 26 miles, while the juniors raced over 15 miles of the lake circuit.
