DISFRANCHISING PROPOSED. (Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day. Mr. Trethowan, a Legislative Councillor, says that the motion of the conference urging the disfranchising of persons convicted of disloyalty to the Empire was aimed at Commuuists whose disloyal actions and speeches should be brought to an. end.
