JAPAN-INDIAN DELEGATES,
RUGBY, August 11
A message from Simla announces that the delegates appointed by the Government of India to negotiate with the Government of Japan in regard to the trade relations between India and Japan, are Sir Joseph Bhore and Sir Frank Noyce. The Japanese delegates are Mr. Setsuzo Sawada, Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary, and Mr. Susumu Perao, of the Japanese Department of Commerce and Industry.
