j WAIHI GRAND JUNCTION. J GROSS PROFITS HIGHER. ' DIVIDEND 4D PER SHARE. I ' Cabled advice has been received from the directors of the Waihi Grand Junction Gold Co., Ltd., by the New Zealand attorney, Mr. R. G. Milligan, that.the gross profit for the year ended December 31, 1932, was £12,211. To this has to be added the amount brought forward from the previous year, £2935. The directors in their annual report recommend a dividend of 4d per share, free of income tax, payable on June 9, absorbing £0906, and that £3500 be transferred to dividend equalisation account. Income tax provision is £1710. This leaves a balance of £3033 to be carried forward. The annual meeting will be held in London on May 20. The transfer register , will be, closed from May 23 to June 9,
