ENGLISH PRAISE.
Justification of New Zealand
Policy in Samoa.
LORD BLEDISLOE'S TOUR,
(" Times " Cables.) (Received 1.30 p.m.)
LONDON, April 26.
"The Times," in a leader reviewing Lord Bledisloe's Pacific cruise, cites his visit to Apia as a guarantee of the recovery of Samoa from dissension against New Zealand. The paper adds that New Zealanders may be satisfied with this vindication of their policy in Samoa. Their relations with the Cook Islanders and the Maoris are also sound.
