TRADE AGREEMENT.
BRITAIN AND ARGENTINA. (Received 10 a.m.) , LONDON, April 9. The "Sunday Times" states that a trade agreement between Britain and the Argentine will be signed on Monday or Tuesday. The Argentine, states the paper, will make concessions regarding exchange* and Britain regarding meat quota. The agreement will probably provide a £10,000,000 trading scheme.
