NOMINATIONS TO BE CALLED. No steps have been, taken by the Labour party so far to nominate a candidate for the mayoralty against Mr. %• W. Hutchison. It is understood, howler, that nominations will be called Aortly for consideration by the Labour Committee and that a Wftot will be taken if more than one pireon's name is put forward. The municipal elections take place in so that there is plenty of time for consideration. Mr. H. G. R. llason, M.P. for Auckland Suburbs, was the candidate ft* Labour at the last election* - - - -
