PASTURES AND CROPS FLOURISH. Oiy Telegraph.—Press Association.) OAMARU, this day. While some parts of the Dominion are too dry, North Otago is experiencing an unusual rainfall. This week over aif inch has fallen, and to-day warm rain is falling. Snow appeared on the ranges to a low level, but it is rapidly disappearing. Pastures and crops show extraordinary growth.
