MR. MacDONALD'S HEALTH. (Received 1. p.m.) LONDON, November 3. The Prime Minister, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, owing to medical advice to conserve his energies, will not attend the Lord Mayor's banquet on November 8 or social functions.
