REPLAY TO-MORROW AT BLANDFORD.

With the ships oi the Naval Squadroi once more in port, the opportunity ha been availed of to stage a replay of th tie for the Navy Banner, the Soccer cham pionship of the Service on the New Zea land station. The teams from the Dunedii and the Diomede met a few weeks ago when, after a stirring game, in whicl the play was fast and keenly contestec all the way, a draw was the result, leav ing the trophy still in the possession o: the Duriedin. Both teams are amxious t( reach finality ere the season closes, am will be at full strength to-morrow after noon. A fast and exciting game c.an b< depended on, as the Bailors never spar* themselves at a game in which they ar< adept. As a curtain-raiser, North Shore anc Ponsonby, senior reserve grade elevens who are leaders in the grade champion ship with equal points, and who also played a draw a week ago, will again meet. On the previous occasion the contest was interesting all the way, and with the title at stake there is every reason for assuming that the early came on Saturday wiM be well worth while. Seamen's Union match was easily the most thrilling encounter of the series to date. Howard Stone, Bob Tnnes and Bockett were a useful trio for Customs; Evans netted a beauty from a difficult angle for Grand Hotel and Crose scored twice from close range for Customs. It was a flno sporting g'ame. Mount Albert United vwere unlucky to meet a much Improved team in Automatic Exchange, who have shown steady progress. Good defence by Morris. Humphrey's constructive play at centre half, and splendid goal-keeping by Watkins were chipfly responsible for Exchange's succeßS. The goals scored by G'auchan. Lane and Heaton were fine efforts. For Mount Albert, the Flyge'r brothers were outstanding and the two goals registered by Alnn Flyger were sorely needed and bent Crocker all the way. Wiseman and Malcolm had bad luck not to score and Clanachan missed a chance from a penalty kick. Thornycroft was the best of the backs. Exchange won by 3to 1. / ■ '
