In their second innings against Surrey the Indian cricketers made 322 runs for eipfrt wickets, declared (Wazir Ali 82, Nazir Ali 84). Allom took four wickets for 32. Surrey in the second innings lost three wickets for 95 runs. The match "was drawn. The county championship leaders are:—Yorkshire 255 points, Sussex 23G, Notts 220, Kent 203, Surrey 175.
