SOUTH AUCKLAND MATCH. AUCKLAND XIII. FOR SATURDAY. The Auckland Rugby League team to meet South Auckland at Carlaw Park on Saturday will be:— Full-back.—Campbell (M.0.8). Three-quarters.—List (M.0.8.), Davidson (City), L. Scott (Devonport) Five-eighths—Brisbane (M.0.8.), Cooke (Richmond). ' Half-back.— Mclntyre (Ponsonby). Forwards.—Hutt (Ponsonby), Campbell (MOB.) Clarke (City), Lawless (Richmond), Hall (Newton), Clarke (M.0.8.). From the remaining senior players two sides have been drawn for a trial match, the thirteens of which are:— Probables.—Full-back, Watene (City); three-quarters, Crooks (Newton), Laing (Devonport), Thompson (Ponsonby); nveoighths, Prentice (Richmond), R. Smith (Devonport); half-back, Peckham (City); forwards, Telford (Richmond), St. George (Newton), Casey (Devonport), Ruby (Devonport), McLeay (Ponsonby), Ivescn (M.0.8.). Possibles. —Full-back, Delgrosso; threequarters, Median (M.0.8.), Seagar (Devonport), McDonald (M.0.8.); fiveeighths, Brimblc (Newton), O'Donnell (Devonport); half-back, Hassan (M.0.8.); forwards, Simpson (Devonport), Stevens (Poneonby), Fagan (Ponsonby), Kirkup (Newton), Hobbs (City), E. Scott (Devonport). Reserves for both teams: Leatherbarrow (Devonport), Sowter (Devonport), Oliff (Devonport), A. Pope (Newton), Johns (Richmond). Bright and Lunn are on the injured list. Any player who is unavailable is requested to notify Mr. E. Aeher immediately. All teams must train at Carlaw Park on Thursday night at 7.30.
