LORD WENLOCK DEAD.
NOTED COLONIAL OFFICIAL. (Received 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, June 14. The death is announced of Arthur Lawley, sixth Lord Wenlock, aged 72, who succeeded to the title on the death of his brother last year. There is no heir to the barony. Lord Wenlock is a noted colonial administrator, having served in Africa, India and West Australia, the latter as Governor, 1901-2.
