LABOUR PARTY.
SANDRINGHAM RESOLUTIONS. The following resolutions were carried at a meeting of the Sandringham branch of the New Zealand Labour party: — "That this branch, enters an emphatic protest against the administration of the Unemployment Act, in that men ilassed as unfit for work in the camps are being deliberately starved through no fault of their own; that the members of the branch strongly protest aoainst the unjust sentences imposed on individuals charged in connection with the disturbances which took place recently in Auckland; that in view of -.lbsidisation of an industry from the ta-!iemployment funds we strongly urge Kbit it be a condition of the grant that wages be paid."
