Death Penalty on Sydney Burglars. INTENT TO KILL POLICEMAN. (Received 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, this day.
The death sentences on Robert Chrystal, aged 23, and Kenneth Farlow, aged 27, passed on September 29, 1931, for wounding with intent to murder Constable Ulrick while engaged in a burglary at Vaucluse on July 28, have been commuted to life imprisonment.
