LONDON TALLOW MARKET. . SIXPENCE ADVANCE. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, October 14. At the tallow sales " 755 casks were offered, and 190 "sold at about 6d advance. The Bank of New Zealand has received the following advice from its London office, under date 14th instant: — Tallow.—There is a fair demand. Current quotations: Good mutton, 21/6 to 22/ per-cwt; good beef, 21/6 to 22/; good mixed, 21/9 to 22/; gut, 16/ to 18/. DAIRY PRODUCE. Messrs. Joseph Nathan and Co. have re; ceived the following cable from their London principals, Messrs. Nathan, and Trengrouse, dated London, August 14:— Butter.—Finest, 120/; first, 115/ per cwt. Cheese.—6B/ per cwt. Both markets very quiet. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Co. lias received the following cable, from its London house, dated October 14:— Butter.—Choicest, 120/; first, 115/ per cwt. Cheese.—6B/ to 69/ per cwt. Market very slow.
