PRICES STILL IMPROVE. • *. SYDNEY, October 14. At the wool sales to-day 10,467 bales were offered and 10,201 sold. Also, 870 bales were disposed of privately. With prices still improving and good general competition the market generally ruled in sellers' favour. Crossbreds were very firm at late rates and good clearances were effected. Greasy Merino made up to 14% d. ■
