TUG DISPATCHED.
AID FOR JAPANESE VESSEL.
' FREMANTLE, February 1.2. A tug is being ,sent from Batavia to try to tow off the Japanese cargo vessel Shunsei. Maru, which is stranded on a •€of off Point Coates. She is holed in the bows. The other (stranded ship, the Chofuku Maru, will probably be abandoned. The three Japanese cargo vessels which are On the scene are not likely to venture inside the reef, hence the order for the tug. •• ■
