ELECTROCUTED.
FATHER ' AND HIS SON,
LONDON, February 12.
While Joseph Henderson, of Newcastle, was installing an. earth wire under the foundations of his house, his son, aged 10, touched a leaden electrical cable covering and received a shock. The father rescued the child, but himself got a shock and was instantly killed. His Widow was awarded £2000 damages against the electricians, who had just fixed a new plug and left a iscrew piercing the lead cable covering, which charged it with the current.
