TWO CONSTABLES HURT.

CYCLE AND CAR IN COLLISION

ONE HAS THIGH BROKEN,

PALMERSTON NORTH, this day

Constables Rush and Bratty, members of the Wellington Polic; Force, were proceeding to Wellington on a motor cycle along the main road near Lijiton last evening when a collision occurred between the cycle and a motor car driven by Mr. R. Greatorex.

Constable Rush sustained a broken thigh and Constable Bratty injuries to the foot. Both are in hospital.
