N.Z. MEETING. DOMINION'S BIGGEST STAKE TWENTY-SEVEN HORSES NOMINATED. EACING IN DIVISIONS AGAIN. (By Telegraph.—-Special to "Star.") CHEISTCHURCH, this day. Nominations for the New Zealand Trotting Cup, which carries £4000 prize money, the most given to any horse race in the Dominion, closed to-day at noon. Twenty-seven of the recognised best pacers have been nominated, and the race will be decided in two divisions and final. The nominations are;— New Zealand Trotting Cup, of 4000aovs and gold cup valued at lOOsovs. To be- run in two divisions and a final, the divisions to be run on the first day (November 11) and the final on the second day (November 13). For horses that have dona or been handicapped to do 4.26 or better.
