GESTURE RETURNING.
BAD PASSAGE TO SYDNEY.
TO'BE SPELLED UNTIL AUTUMN. (By Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, this day, . Advice has been received at Trentham that Gesture is to be returned from Sydney to-morrow week. The' crack filly made a bad passage across, and as she has. shown no signs of striking fovin since l.ui' arrival her trafner, H. B. Lorigau, has decided that this is_ the only course left open to Mm. Gesture will be spelled and will probably not begin her season's racing till the autumn. The other members of the team are progressing favourably, and will not return till after the A.J.C. meeting.
