RUGBY, September 4.
The First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. A. V. Alexander, visited Rome to-day. He was accompanied by Rear-Admiral Chetwode and was met by, the Minister of Marine, Admiral Sirianni, and other high Italian naval and Foreign Office officials and a member of the British Embassy staff. . .
