If housewives would only, check up on their vinegar they would be surprised at the quantity used. Vinegar is used in a score of dishes and used almost invariably as flavouring'. How Important then, to use a vinegar of refinement and quality—one of superior flavour such as the famous White-Cottell's. — (Ad.)
