MINISTER'S NORTHERN TOUR RAGLAN TO TAUKANGA. (By Telegraph.—Special to " Star.") WELLINGTON, this day. The Hon. E. A. Ransom, Minister of Public Works, left Wellington last night for a tour in Raglan district, which will be completed by the end of the week. He will motor from Hamilton to Tauranga 011 Sunday, and spend two days 011 Public Works business in that district, returning "to Wellington from Frankton on Wednesday night.
