Diamond Lawsuit Settled Out of Court. LONG HEARING ENDED. (Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 17. Tho diamond lawsuit, in which a diamond exporting firm sued several of tho world's wealthiest men, was settled after a hearing of eleven days. One plaintiff, Victor Coon, underwent ft nine days' uncompleted cross-examination. It was merely stated to-day that the plaintiffs withdrew the charges of fraud and conspiracy, but Mr. Coen said later that tho plaintiff company receives £325,000 and costs, £26,000. Mr. Coen was managing director of the plaintiff company. He answered 039" questions while in the box. Two years were occupied in preparation of the suit. The costs already have totalled £65,000.
