Sudden Storm Causes Much Damage. MANY CASUALTIES FEAKED. (Keceived 10.30 a.m.) TOKYO, March 13. An unseasonal typhoon, causing severe damage in the Shimonoseki Straits, smashed many houses, railways, telegraphs and lighting. It interrupted coastal shipping and in the absence of any warning many fishermen were i caught. Xumerous casualties are feared.
