Miss E. Sinclair, of Hamilton, is on a visit of several weeks to Rotcrua. Mrs. H. J. Greenslade has returned to " Wairere," Hamilton, from a holiday spent at Tauranga. Mrs. B. A house-warming party was held at " Claremont" on Saturday, when the time passed all too quickly with dancing •and games. The hostesses were Mrs. Griff en and Mrs. Battersby. A surprise party was thoroughly enjoyed by a number of young people at the home of Mr. J. Butler, Karapioro, Cambridge. A very pleasant hour was spent arid those present wished Mrs. Cleary a happy time in her new home in Auckland.
