Mr. Henderson Answers Questions In Commons. EMBASSY AT MOSCOW. (British Official Wireless.) (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, November 27. The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Arthur Henderson, to-day replied%to several questions regarding the resumption _ of relations between Britain and Russia. He said he was. not yet able to give the exact date on which the British Ambassador to Russia and the Soviet Ambassador to Britain would enter upon their duties. He assured a questioner that members of the British Embassy at Moscow would enjoy the same diplomatic privileges as would be granted members of the Soviet Embassy in Britain. They would, indeed, enjoy the usual diplomatic privileges.. He denied that in his discussions with, the representatives of the Soviet any reference was made to financial assistance.
