TRANSPORT TROUBLE.
. MR. MORTON'S INTENTION. TAKING LEGAL ADVICE. Mr. F. S. Morton stated this morning that he was taking legal advice as the outcome of the discussion at the meeting of the Auckland Transport Board yesterday, when he alleged that he had been threatened with assault by the tramways manager and one of the members of the board. He said that it was evident that the majority of the members did not wish to give him an opportunity of bringing his complaint forward, and therefore there was a possibility of the matter being ventilated elsewhere.
