EMPIRE HEROES.
CENOTAPH CEREMONY. LONDON, October 29. The holders of the Victoria Cross who will dine with the Prince of Wales on November 9 will take part in two special gatherings on November 11. They will march to the Cenotaph, and wiil appear at the Empire Festival in the Albert Hall in the evening. This will be the first such assemblage of heroes since the war.
