"REMARKABLE PRECOCITY."

Three charges against men of having had unlawful carnal knowledge are to be heard at the session of the Supreme Court which opened to-day.
Commenting on these cases, Mr. Justice Kennedy said they disclosed remarkable sexual precocity and astonishing prosmiscuity in young persons, but even if a girl consented, or solicited, an adult must not have carnal knowledge of a girl under 16.
