PLEADED GUILTY TO THEFT.
RAILWAY SERVANT REMANDED. Pleading guilty to stealing £168 from the New Zealand Railways, William Philip Payne, a clcrk in "the Auckland office, j was remanded for sentence on bail until November S by Mr. Justice Herdman in the Supreme Court this afternoon.
