Mr. Ramsay Mac Donald, Prime Minister, who is ou his way Home from Canada aboard the liner of York, is due to reach Liverpool on Friday. He will be welcomed on arrival by some of his Cabinet colleagues. A public demonstration of welcome is being planned by the Liverpool Labour party. The Prime Minister's most important public engagement after his arrival in London will be the Lord Mayor's banquet at London Guildhall on November 9, and newspapers anticipate that in his speech on this occasion, special reference will be made to his visit to the United States and Canada, and to the five-Power conference on naval disarmament, which is to take place in January in London.
