CROQUET.
NATATA CLUB,
A well-attended meeting was held at Natata to consider the possibilities of forming a social croquet club. Following a vote it was unanimously decided to form a club, and-the election of officers resulted as follows :—Patron, Mr. R. Baddiley; president, Mrs. F. J. Bunt; lion, secretary, Mrs. A. Peebles; hon. treasurer, Mrs. \V. Cowie; committee, Mesdames Smith, King, Ansell, Baddiley, Freeman and Wilson. It was decided to have the opening on Wednesday afternoon, October 30.
