The trouble wiiich. affected Rapier at Wingatui last week, preventing '.him from fulfilling his engagements at the Dunedin Jockey Club's meeting, has proved to be more serious than was anticipated. He has been under veterinary observation since he returned home, and as a result of an examination it has been decided to blister him and give him a few weeks' spell.
