CONVICTED MURDERER Fed And Hidden By Little Girls. REMARKABLE REVELATIONS. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 11.30 a.m.) PERTH, this day. Edward Kelly, 54, murderer and lunatic, who escaped from the Claremont asylum on October S, is still at liberty. The "Daily News" published a remarkable letter signed by Kelly, which the police state is genuine, having examined the fingerprints on the paper. The letter states that three little girls had been feeding him nightly during his hiding, knowing who he was, and he promised them that he would return in consequence of their kindness and their promise to visit him. The writer stated that only on condition that the letter was published would he return to the asylum. According to the letter Kelly, dressed as an old woman, visited the Royal Show in that disguise.
