IMPRESS or CANADA DAMAGED (Australian Press Assn. —United Service.) (Received 10 a.m.) ' VICTORIA (Vancouver), October 15. The Empress of Canada, which went ashore in the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Vancouver Island, was refloated on Tuesday. The damage is estimated at £50,000.
