Singer Obtains Leave To Sue For Divorce. PAGANELLI'S SUIT. (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received 11 a.m.) / CAPETOWN, September 10. Paganelli, the singer, has obtained leave of the Supreme Court - to sue his
wife for divorce by edict. They were married in Italy in 1912. In his tour of Australia and New Zealand in 1920, the singer desired to accept an appointment at Wellington but refused as his wife declined to join him.
