PERMISSION TO FLY.
FRENCH CRUISER'S 'PLANES. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this dav. Sir Joseph Ward has given the necessary permission to allow of the "planes on the French cruiser Tourville being flown in Wellington. Permission was necessary, as New Zealand is foreign soil. It is likely that the 'planes will ba seen in the air when the cruiser visits Wellington.
