WEDDINGS OF THE WEEK.

NICHOLSON—HYDE. St. David's Church was chosen for the wedding last evening of Eileen Annie, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. Hyde, of Great South Eoad, Remuera, and Cyril, youngest son of Mr. Nicholson, of Auckland. The Rev. Herron performed the ceremony. Mr. Leslie Hyde, the bride's brother, gave her away. She wore a gown of white satin and georgette over pink satin. The skirt was of uneven length, with large hip bow of tulle and sprays of orange blossoms. The embroidered tulle veil was held in place by a coronet of orange blossom, and she carried a white shower bouquet and satin horseshoe. The bridesmaid, Miss Florence Glogoski, wore leaf green georgette with petalled draperies and same toned satin bodice. Silver tricotine and rosebuds were used for the headdress, and a pir.k shower bouquet was carried. The little flower girl, Audrey .Glogoski. wore a cameo pink georgette, with frilled skirt, silver leaves and blue bows, a silver mob cap, and carried a basket of flowers. Mr. Albert Hyde was the best man. The bride's mother wore a shaded beige ensemble suit and black hat.
