ESTATE SHOWS SURPLUS
At a meeting of creditors called for this morning in the bankrupt estate or Robert Odd, contractor, there was no quorum, and it was adjourned until the 24th June. Mr. Clarkson, who appeared for the -bankrupt, said his client had issued a writ in connection with a claim ho had against a company for the sum of £7000. He was claiming £0000 lor loss of profit on a coni-act. He expected to have enough money to-satisfy all Ins. creditors, whoso daims amour,ceo. to £117, while the assets amounted to £33l'and the nominal surplus would bo £293. ■ ■•
