TOUR OF INSPECTION.
VISIT TO TAURANGA.

WELLINGTON, this day.
Continuing his personal investigation into land settlement, drainage and valuation questions in Auckland Province, the Minister of Lands, the Hon. G. W. Forhes, will reach Paeroa on Saturday morning, en route for Katikati to undertake a tour of the Tauranga electorate. He will be accompanied by Mr. C. E. Macmillan, M.P. for the district. The Minister will reach Tauranga on Saturday night and will subsequently visit Te Puke and Whakatane, via the Rangitaiki Plains, and join the Limited express for Wellington at Frankton on Tuesday evening.
