DELEGATION TOURS.

At the conclusion' of the conference of the Dairy Association at Whangarei on the 26th and 27th inst. it is proposed to take the opportunity to arrange tours so that delegates from the South will get an idea of the potentialities and attractions of North Auckland.

A party of about 75 members will be taken to Northern Wairoa, where they will be entertained and shown over the district. Other groups of members will be escorted to various parts of interest, such as Kaikohe, Kaitaia, and the Bay of Islands. Incidentally, it may be mentioned that there has been a very marked increase in production throughout the North during the past year. In the Northern Wairoa alone two companies have produced in the vicinity of 3000 tons of butter.
