NEW ZEALAND ASSOCIATION. ARRANGEMENTS FOR WATERLOO. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) DUNEDIN, Sunday. The council of the National Coursing Association decided last evening to appoint Mr. C. R. Marks as judge for the New Zealand Waterloo at Invereargill on July 2-t. 2.", and 20. and Mr. T. Marshall as slipper. It was also agreed to contribute £lfi as added money for the Waterloo Cup. The Waitara. Club was granted control of the New Zealand Derby and Oaks. The newly-formed Auckland Club was granted affiliation, and Mr. B. Ellison accepted as delegate. Tt was resolved fn fine D. and TT. McPherson t~> each for racing two unregistered dogs, named lien liur and Eeau (ieste. at. coursing meetings. It was mentioned that the owners had received stakes worth £20 and a cup.
