POPE'S PRAISE.
" Mussolini Brought Into Our Path By Providence." GOD RESTORED TO ITALY. (United Service.) (Received <i..°>o a.m.) ROME. February 15. "A man whom Providence brought into our path.'' is how the Pope referred to Signor Mussolini in a speech to a deputation of professors and students of Milan Catholic University. He again eulogised the settlement * between Vatican and the Italian Government which, he said, "restored God to Italy and Italy to tiod."
