WEIGHT INCREASE.

STRENGTH RETURNS.

King Has Long Talk With

Prince.

ABLE TO SIT UP. (British Official Wirelwre.) (Received 12 noon.) RUGBY, February l.~>. It was again very cold at Bognor to-day and during the night 20 degrees of frost were recorded in the grounds at Craigwell House. The Trince of Wales spent six hours with the King to-day at Craigwell House, Bognor. His Royal Highness afterwards returned to London. Drs. Hewitt and Woods were at Craigwell House this afternoon and applied the luminous ray treatment to the King. They and Lord Dawson travelled back to London with the Prrnce in his special saloon. There was bright sunshine at Bognor early to-day, but later rain fell. The windows of the King's bedroom, which were opened for some time yesterday, had to be kept closed to-day. An interesting statement was made by Mr. P. K. Hodgson, private secretary to the Duke of York, at a luncheon in London. Ho said: "The King has begun to smoke again and is also able to cut up his own food." A bulletin issued from. Craigwell House this evening states that despite the inclement, weather the King continues to make slow progress and since his departure from London has increased in weight. It is understood that the King was able to Ht up to-day and converse with tho Prince.
