The engagement is announced between Jessie Messervy Campbell, daughter of the late Mr. James Craig and Mrs. Craig. of Auckland, and Maxwell Richmond, Lieutenant Royal Navy, son of the late Mr. Robert R. Richmond and Mrs. H. A. Parkinson, of Wellington.
