OTAGO FRUIT EXPORT.

(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) DLNEDIN, this day. The Provincial Fruitgrowers' Association of Otago expect to load its first shipment of apples for the season about the tirat week in April. Present indications are of a crop perhaps 20 per cent less in quantity than last season.

It is just possible, however, that the yield will be better than that for the rainfall has been a great help to orchards, and most certainly it will improve the quality of the apples. The outlook for the season is therefore distinctly bright.
